Fachia reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at our discretion if we believe a player has violated these terms and conditions. In cases of confirmed fraud, money laundering, or other serious violations, we may also freeze balances pending investigation and report the matter to the appropriate regulatory authorities.
Upon account closure, your obligation to comply with these terms continues in respect of all activities that occurred while your account was active.
